Damage in transit

On rare occasions, an item may unfortunately be damaged during transit. Please notify us on receipt, or as soon as possible thereafter. We will arrange collection of the damaged product and for a new product to be dispatched to your address.

Faulty products

If a product develops a fault and it is still under warranty, we will arrange collection of the faulty product and dispatch a replacement from stock without delay.
