Damage in transit

On rare occasions, an item may unfortunately be damaged in transit. Please notify us on receipt, or as soon as possible thereafter. We will issue our Freepost address for the return of the damaged product and for a new product to be despatched.

Faulty products

If a product develops a fault and it is still under warranty, we will issue our Freepost address for the return of the faulty product and we will issue a replacement of the originally ordered product. If you are unsure about a warranty or return please contact our sales team who will be happy to help.
