Cancelled orders

We operate a simple return policy on any products purchased from GBICS.com. As the customer you have the right to cancel part or all of your order at any time up to 30 days starting the day after delivery. During this cancellation period the customer has a duty of care for the products supplied by GBICS.com.

Damage in transit

On rare occasions, an item may unfortunately be damaged in transit. Please notify us on receipt, or as soon as possible thereafter. We will issue our Freepost address for the return of the damaged product and for a new product to be despatched.

Faulty products

If a product develops a fault and it is still under warranty, we will issue our Freepost address for the return of the faulty product and we will be responsible for a replacement of the product as well as the delivery back to you. If you are unsure about a warranty or return please contact customer services who will be happy to help.

Returns procedure

For all returns please use the Return Item(s) option within My Account by selecting the relevant order. Or alternatively contact customer services on 0845 498 9070 for authorisation.
